All orders are processed within 2-3 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping processing times:

Shipping times vary depending on location, on average, transit time is 1-3 days, but please allow up to 7 days for USPS.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of custom hand-painted items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products purchased through our store. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about your purchase before completing the transaction.
